1 General Terms

eck33 is an online sports betting and casino gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between eck33 and its users.

2 Account Registration

Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be cancelled and all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

By registering at eck33, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds.

In addition, you cannot open or operate an account at eck33 if you fall into any of the following categories:

• Residents of countries where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Employees of eck33 or their immediate family members.
• Those whose accounts have previously been cancelled for any reason.
• Players, officials, or referees participating in professional sports events who wish to bet on those events.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

eck33 supports the most widely used mobile banking and payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5 Bonuses & Promotions

eck33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing users. These bonuses are subject to specific conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once wagering is complete.
• Each promotion may have its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
• eck33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or change its terms at its discretion.
• Any fraud or manipulation carried out for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits will result in account cancellation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Both sports betting and casino gaming are offered at eck33. Ensuring a fair and impartial environment in all areas is our priority.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Markets are available for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, eck33 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Each game has its own applicable rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a software or network issue, the result will be determined according to the system log.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games from various providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are available. Once the betting time limit in a live dealer game has expired, no further bets will be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at eck33. Violating these prohibitions will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of associated funds:

• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Applying deliberate betting strategies for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

eck33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Detection of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Extended inactivity on the account.

8.1 Closing Your Account Yourself

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact support via live chat or email. Any remaining valid balance (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is becoming a problem, please contact us. We will help you restrict your account for a set period or permanently.
